Do I have to be 21 to order?

Yes. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from Attaie Cigars. We verify age at checkout, and all deliveries require an adult signature (21 or older) with government-issued photo ID.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States to states where the direct-to-consumer sale of premium cigars is permitted. If we cannot lawfully ship to your address, we will let you know and refund your order.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and you will receive tracking by email once your order ships. An adult must be present to sign on delivery.

Can I return cigars?

Because cigars are consumable tobacco products, all sales are final and cigars cannot be returned once shipped. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

How should I store my cigars?

Keep cigars at about 65 to 70 percent humidity and roughly 70 degrees Fahrenheit in a humidor. See our guide on how to store cigars for the full details.
